Short description
Verification Failed is a free browser comedy puzzle about a simple bank transfer gone wrong. Send Mom $10 before midnight by surviving 12 steps of shifting keypads, CAPTCHAs, expired codes and increasingly unreasonable password rules. A run takes around 5–10 minutes.
Long description
Mom is waiting for $10. You have a phone, a few sticky-note clues and a banking app that turns one tiny transfer into an obstacle course. Verification Failed is a short comedy puzzle that finds the absurdity in everyday digital bureaucracy.
Work through 12 stages of pretend security add-ons, password rules that reveal themselves as you type, a PIN keypad that moves after every tap, CAPTCHAs, two-factor codes and automated support. Read carefully, remember the clues and keep trying as the app discovers yet another reason you cannot proceed.
Play solo or turn on the optional simulated chat for extra interruptions. The game is free to play in your browser, supports five languages and takes roughly 5–10 minutes per run, depending on how the puzzles go. It is made by Catasterize. All banking, transfers and verification prompts are fictional parts of the game; use made-up answers.
